We deliver internationally to 44 countries, anywhere in the European Union, but also outside the Union, in Switzerland, the Republic of Moldova, Qatar, the USA. and so on

 

We do not deliver to Turkey.

 

Payment is made before delivery (for both products and shipping).

 

In the case of orders from EU member states or outside the EU, shipping taxes are GBP 21, and the transport will be carried out through the courier company DHL International (hereinafter "DHL").

 

For Non-EU countries, customs duty is also paid separately, when the package is picked up by the recipient. In this regard, you will be contacted by a DHL representative (usually by e-mail) who will provide you with all the necessary information.

 

The ordered products can be paid online, with the bank card, the payments being processed through the MobilPay processor (Netopia S.R.L.). For more details about the service provided by mobilPay, please refer to the Terms and Conditions displayed on mobilPay.

 

Part of the information related to your card is processed by BEAUTYCEUTIC SRL. So we only store the card reference with a code, expiry date, first and last 4 digits. Otherwise, all data is processed by mobilPay.

 

If you are unable to pay via Mobil Pay and choose to make a bank transfer, we inform you that you must contact us, as at this time the application does not technically allow the launch and completion of the order in this situation.

Returns

According to the legal provisions, when you buy on the website, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract, within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the products, using the following contact details:

When you withdraw from the Contract, we will refund you the cost of purchasing the products and the shipping costs within 14 days of the date of withdrawal. However, we note that we will pay back the money once the products are returned. In order to reimburse the amount, we will use the same payment method you used to pay for the products and services, unless we later agree otherwise.

When exercising this right, you must send the products immediately, but not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:

We note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. It is very important to note that you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods.

The right to withdraw the contract shall not apply in the following situations:

• Products are manufactured to meet your requirements
• If you have opened the packaging of cosmetic preparations and/or other products that are in direct skin contact.
